PAYMENT, DELIVERY & RETURNS
COVID 19 - Due to the current situation delivery by Royal Mail is taking a little longer than normal so please leave a little more time for your item's arrival.
Most items are made to order and will be posted by 1st Class Royal Mail within 10 working days. Please feel free to get in touch if you have an urgent order and I will see if I can accommodate you.
Orders over £40 will be sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery and over £100 will be sent via Special Delivery.

Orders will still be processed after those dates but may not arrive in time for Christmas.
Orders will be sent via International TRACKED & SIGNED Airmail charged at a rate of £8.00.
Worldwide (USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand)
Orders will be sent via International TRACKED Airmail charged at a rate of £9.00.
International orders are most welcome, however the recipients are responsible for local taxes and customs fees and are also responsible for any return fees if a package is refused. Deliveries to Europe usually take between 4-7 working days and to the rest of the world between 5-15 working days. However please note these times are NOT guaranteed and items make take longer than this.

All items will be packaged in a lovely branded gift box, perfect for gift giving or just a treat for yourself!
I want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your purchase(s) once received, please let me know as soon as possible and I will only be too happy to replace any goods that are unsatisfactory.
Items must be returned unworn, in the perfect condition that it was sent within 14 days of delivery, together with the original packaging. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and ensure that your name and address are enclosed together with the reasons for your return. On its safe return I will refund the monies, in the same format it was originally paid for. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the item is faulty).
All items are sent out in good condition but if for some reason the items arrive damaged or faulty I will of course refund or replace the items without cost to you. Please notify me of your intention to return items within 48 hours of receipt and again any refund etc will be made once the items are returned and received.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are not possible on earrings, bespoke or personalised items.
